Antique, Architectural Sign Salvage 6.25″ Letter;
Original Gold Gilt;
Up for your consideration is this beautiful gold gilt letter. It’s from an antique sign – as evidenced by the nail holes in the back. There is some black sand paint on the edges – this was used to give the effect of stone. It measures 6.25 inches in height, 6.1 inches in width and .75 of an inch in depth. It’s very good condition – look at the pictures closely – they serve as part of the description.
This would look stately as an accent piece – in a cupboard – or on a wall in a grouping of antique boards/signs, etc. or……………………….It’s considered Americana folk art.
